Privacy policy

Next Entry by P3xA · Effective 4 October 2026
The short version: everything you put into Next Entry stays on your phone. There’s no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. We can’t see your trades, your journal or your check-ins, and we don’t collect them.

What the app stores, and where

Next Entry keeps your accounts, checklists, trades, check-ins, journal entries, Playbooks and settings in a database on your device. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else.

The one thing that uses the internet

The app checks for updates to itself through Expo’s update service (expo.dev), the platform it’s built with. That check sends technical details only: the platform, the app version and an anonymous install identifier, so the right update reaches your phone. It contains nothing you’ve entered into the app.

Apple and Google, which deliver the app and its in-app purchases, handle their own data under their own privacy policies.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. We don’t collect names, email addresses, location, contacts, trading data or usage analytics through the app. If you contact us, we’ll use what you send only to reply.

Deleting your data

You can delete any trade, journal entry or Playbook inside the app. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your phone. Backup files you saved elsewhere stay where you put them.

Who Next Entry is for

Next Entry is made for adults who trade. It isn’t directed at children. It’s a journal and mindset tool, not financial advice.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date. If the app ever starts collecting data, the policy will say so before it does.
